A little while ago we spent a few days in Punta Arenas, Chile and got the opportunity to go see the King Penguins a bith further direction; middleofnowhere. Some of them were carrying their eggs on their feet, ready to hatch any second – some of the eggs were alreday replaced with fluffy squeeky little things. Adorable!
On the way back we stopped at a very small village to get something to eat and learn more about Selk’Nams, the original natives of Tierra Del Fuego and their very tragic destiny in the late 1800-s at the village museum.
After a long day with lots of driving we jumped on the ferry and boated the way back to Punta Arenas accompanied by a beautiful sunset. Good day!
